Shani has worked with many profit-driven and non-profit organisations throughout his career, in varying roles in the Salesforce ecosystem including being an end user, administrator, business analyst, lead consultant and pre-sales engineer and advisor. He has worked to transform multiple functions across front, middle and back-office. Having a passion for continual growth, he is driven to lead organisations to leverage best-in-class technology and maximise their outputs and achieve their goals. At Cirrico he works to truly understand the challenges our customers face, educate on best practices, demonstrate the ‘art of the possible’, re-imagine ways of working, drive adoption, and ultimately define the optimal paths to success and act as a guide to bring that vision to reality.
