Basic Quick Start

Through a Basic Quick Start nonprofits will start their journey with Cirrico through a Discovery Workshop, during these workshops we will work with the nonprofit to understand what they want to achieve through the use of Marketing Cloud.

After this the nonprofit will get their account set up and their data extensions will be set up, this will involve configuring Marketing Cloud Connect. This combines the digital marketing capabilities of Marketing Cloud with the amazing data management abilities in Salesforce.

After this a Technical Blueprint will be created, this will provide information on licenses required, amount of users, user permissions and everything else related to the project. Finally the nonprofits team members will receive admin training.

Comprehensive Quick Start

A Comprehensive Quickstart from Cirrico comes with all of the great work that a Basic Quick Start has but goes one step further by including the creation of one Journey in Journey Builder.

A Cirrico Salesforce Consultant will build a bespoke Journey which will connect with donors across multiple channels at vital touch points. Working with the nonprofit, our specialist consultants will identify the moments that defines the customers experience. These touch points will then be used to boost one-to-one relationship between the nonprofit and the donor.

Pardot is a Salesforce solution that focuses on lead generation and nurturing leads. Pardot allows nonprofits to track and measure the effectiveness of their communications.

Basic Quick Start

A Basic Pardot Quick Start begins with a Discovery Workshop, during these workshops we will work with the nonprofit to learn what they want to achieve through the use of Pardot. After this a Salesforce Consultant at Cirrico will set up their account and get their Pardot system configured, prospects will then be imported into the database.

Through a Basic Pardot Quick Start nonprofits are provided with an out of the box preference centre/unsubscribe page. They are also provided with two email templates and one web form, these can be used for future marketing communications.

The nonprofit is then provided with a Technical Blueprint which provides the organisation with all the information about the project. Admin training is then carried out for the staff so they know how to use the system to its full capacity.

Comprehensive Quick Start

A Comprehensive Quick Start provides nonprofits with all the benefits of a Basic Quick Start and much more. Gaining access to Super User Pardot training, providing staff with a high level of training and allowing them to master their Salesforce system.

Nonprofits also gain access to Custom Object Mapping, allowing them to sync with their Salesforce custom objects. This allows nonprofits to supercharge their marketing automation. We will also create one automated engagement program which allows them to nurture customers, boosting the ROI on marketing investments.
