The customer gets to pick a package, therefore a pricing plan, which suits their needs and the size of their organisation. Customers then get a pool of hours to use each month which they can draw down on demand to get support when it is needed.
Every quarter we run business reviews with the organisations Consultant, Account Executive and our Managed Services Practice Lead. This allows for feedback to be given ensuring Cirrico and the organisation stay on track, allowing for regular improvements to be made.
