Cirrico Shortlisted For Company Culture Awards 2022
We are delighted and excited to announce that Cirrico has been shortlisted for The UK Company Culture Awards 2022.
Each year The UK Company Culture Awards put together a competition to celebrate the best examples of company culture and organisations looking after their staff in holistic, meaningful ways.
Cirrico was shortlisted thanks to the vision of Dan Blackwell, CEO and Founder of Cirrico, as he introduced a list of holistic benefits to keep the staff safe, happy, and fulfilled in the middle of the global pandemic. We will find out later this year if we have won the UK Small Agency Company Culture Award.
The benefits implemented are:

2 members of the Cirrico team are trained Mental Health First Aiders to support the team
We have weekly Wellbeing Café calls on Zoom anyone can join to chat about different topics per week like ‘Imposter Syndrome and overcoming it’
