Join our team as a Senior Solutions Engineer and unlock your potential. You will play a key role in driving Cirrico’s commercial growth while showcasing your expertise in a collaborative environment. From strategising with Account Executives to crafting compelling proposals, your impact will be felt across small to enterprise-level opportunities.

Responsibilities will include

  • Achieve Sales Milestones: Drive towards and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, showcasing your ability to meet and surpass objectives.
  • Strategic Requirement Gathering: Delve deep into client needs by meticulously understanding, challenging, and questioning their strategic objectives, pain points, and requirements.
  • Tailored Service Definition: Translate customers business needs into technical requirements in the form of a table of deliverables within a proposal. This can also include creating indicative project plans, solution design diagrams, and Managed Service offerings tailored to each client’s readiness, budget and operational methods.
  • Expert Response to ITTs and RFPs: Collaborate within a team to deliver exceptional responses to Invitations to Tender (ITTs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Expert Presentation Skills: Impress with formal presentations, engaging Q&A sessions, and personalised product demonstrations tailored to extended sales cycles.
  • Lead Prospect Demonstrations: Innovate solutions to address prospects’ diverse challenges. Design and present captivating, story-driven demonstrations aligned with key business values and solution differentiation.
  • Establish Trusting Relationships: Cultivate trust at all organisational levels, both technically and commercially. Forge connections across Cirrico’s internal teams, prospects, existing clients, and partners. Demonstrate experience of building C-Suite relationships.
  • Highlight Platform and Partner Advantages: Effectively communicate the benefits of the Salesforce Platform and Cirrico partnering with Cirrico for Implementation. Articulate implementation methodologies and additional offerings to technical and non-technical audiences, from frontline staff to C-level executives.
  • Drive Internal Improvement: Act as a liaison between Sales and Delivery, facilitating internal process enhancements through consistent feedback loops. Ensure seamless pre-sales handovers with comprehensive, focused, and accurate information.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Commit to ongoing training and certification to enhance and maintain the knowledge required for peak performance in the role.

The person we’re looking for is likely to be

  • Broad Technical Knowledge of Salesforce: Having a broad technical competence across multiple Salesforce Clouds and Industry Products.
  • Growth Mindset: Always hungry to learn more about the Salesforce platform and improve their ability to execute.
  • Tenacious: Takes an innovative approach to constructing solutions, Is scrappy when they need to be and is happy to go the extra mile on occasion when this is needed to support in winning a deal
  • 5+ Years of Salesforce Consulting Excellence: Bring your extensive experience to the table, with a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce Consulting, while also possessing pre-sales expertise.
  • Certified Salesforce Expertise: Hold certifications across core cloud competencies such as Sales, Service, Experience, Non-Profit, and Platform App Builder within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Compelling Product Demonstrations: Demonstrate your prowess in preparing and delivering comprehensive and compelling product demonstrations. Showcase your ability to weave in implementation best practices to position Cirrico as the ideal partner.
  • Success in RFIs and RFPs: Showcase your proven track record in interpreting, planning, and responding effectively to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Balancing Business and Technical Solutions: Differentiate and balance between business and technical solutions to cater to diverse client needs effectively.
  • Understanding Enterprise Goals: Conduct focused discovery to understand enterprise goals and challenges, mapping them into project planning and Salesforce solutions.
  • Building Trusted Relationships: Establish trust and rapport at all levels within client organisations, both on the technical and business fronts.
  • Thriving in a Fast-Paced Environment: Flourish in a dynamic, customer-facing team, showcasing excellent problem-solving skills and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • Multitasking and Initiative: Excel in multitasking and demonstrate a high degree of initiative in resolving issues and recommending system/process enhancements.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Exhibit strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills in various settings, including remote and onsite engagements. Able to communicate complex concepts in a simple manner to keep audiences engaged.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in reviewing and challenging estimations and implementation plans, mitigating potential risks and scope creep.
  • Managing Customer Expectations: Manage customer expectations effectively and handle objections with integrity and trust.
  • Willingness to Travel: Be open to domestic and international travel as required for client engagements and business opportunities.
