Role | Salesforce Solution Architect
Cirrico is a Salesforce Implementation Partner based in the United Kingdom, focused on implementing impactful solutions by configuring and developing the Salesforce platform to support nonprofit organisations and socially responsible enterprises.
We are currently seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dedicated Delivery team. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering consultative and high-impact solutions to our clients. As the primary point of contact for project design and solution reviews, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and effectiveness of our projects.
Salesforce Solution Architect Responsibilities will include
Needs Assessment & Strategy Development:
- Engage with nonprofit stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Recommend strategies and solutions to help nonprofits achieve their objectives using Salesforce.
Solution Design & Implementation:
- Design Salesforce architecture solutions that cater to nonprofit needs while ensuring scalability and flexibility.
- Lead the creation and implementation of technical designs, ensuring alignment with the nonprofit’s requirements.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from discovery to launch, including hands-on configuration and non-programmatic builds.
Integration & Customisation
- Identify areas within the Salesforce platform that require customization to meet nonprofit requirements.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other platforms and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Best Practices & Training:
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce updates, especially those tailored for nonprofit use cases.
- Train nonprofit staff on using Salesforce effectively and efficiently.
Documentation & Maintenance:
- Create and maintain architectural documentation, ensuring solutions are repeatable and scalable.
- Monitor the long-term health and success of Salesforce implementations, suggesting improvements as necessary.
The right person for this role is likely to be
- Proven in their experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with project delivery as the ‘Lead’ Consultant
- Deeply knowledgeable about the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities and limitations
- Highly certified within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly in the architect tracks
- Familiar with the unique challenges and operational needs of nonprofit organisations
- A strong problem-solver with keen attention to detail
- Skilled in interpersonal communication and confident in leadership settings
- Able to explain complex technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Effective at multitasking, prioritising, and managing time in dynamic environments
- A strong written and verbal communicator, capable of engaging diverse audiences
- Familiar with other CRM platforms and integration tools (a strong plus)
- Informed about best practices in nonprofit CRM management(a strong plus)
- Well-versed in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), with hands-on experience (a strong plus)
