Lead the charge in establishing and growing our cutting-edge Marketing Practice from inception, driving growth through innovative strategies and cultivating a team of top-tier talent. You will have autonomy to build and shape the team in your own way whilst delivering success on the Salesforce platform for our customers. We are looking for this role to develop quickly into also covering Data Cloud as we see this as a massive growth opportunity for our clients.

Responsibilities will include

  • Take the lead in establishing and nurturing the marketing practice department from the ground up. Drive its growth by implementing strategic initiatives and building a high-performing team.
  • Take ownership of building and expanding the marketing practice team, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth and expertise within the growing team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leveraging your senior-level expertise to provide strategic guidance and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Skilled in leading discovery workshops to uncover client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans and solution designs.
  • Comfortable presenting in front of clients and stakeholders, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions clearly and compellingly.
  • Ensure operational excellence within the practice department, overseeing project delivery and ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
  • Enthusiastic about driving growth and innovation within the Marketing Cloud domain, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and synergy across various departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

The person we’re looking for will likely be

  • Proven track record in Digital Marketing and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consulting, demonstrating a deep understanding of its capabilities and versatility across various business scenarios.
  • Extensive experience in pre-sales roles within the Marketing Cloud domain, showcasing the ability to effectively communicate value propositions and drive business growth.
  • Ability to confidently engage with CMOʼs and Heads of Fundraising and quickly build trust with these audiences.
  • Possess leadership skills to steer the growth and advancement of the practice department. (Previous leadership experience is advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness and precision in all tasks and projects undertaken.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling seamless interaction and collaboration with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
  • Hold relevant Salesforce certifications, validating expertise and proficiency in utilising Salesforce tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with all levels of the organisation, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to achieving collective goals.
