Role: Account Executive

Cirrico, a rapidly expanding technology firm headquartered in the United Kingdom, specialises in providing tailored solutions to nonprofit organisations, educational institutions, and socially responsible enterprises.

As our next Account Executive, you will be selling solutions, identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored Salesforce solutions to address their business challenges.
You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce products and services to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities will include 

  • Drive successful sales outcomes in B2B environments, emphasising solution selling expertise to meet and surpass sales targets consistently.
  • Utilise comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including CRM, cloud services, and integration solutions, to effectively tailor offerings to client needs.
  • Communicate value propositions persuasively through outstanding presentation and communication skills, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships through strategic engagement and personalised solutions, leveraging proficiency in Salesforce CRM tools for efficient management.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, product managers, and marketers, to capitalise on growth opportunities and execute cohesive strategies.
  • Employ strong negotiation and closing abilities to drive revenue generation and enhance profitability.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to professional development, staying abreast of industry trends and sales methodologies to optimise performance and adapt to evolving market dynamics.

The person we’re looking for is likely to have 

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Seasoned in solution selling, with a strong background in Salesforce products and services.
  • Extensive network of clients and customers, showcasing the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset, dedicated to achieving and exceeding objectives.
  • Previous experience in nonprofit or health sciences sectors is considered advantageous
  • Willingness to travel to London is required.
