Programmes are full-time workstreams delivering change in focused blocks, usually organised by use case - fundraising, supporter care, programme delivery and more. Each block transforms a priority area agreed in Discovery and Planning, measured against your Delivery Success Goals. Every block ends in a go live with adoption - and the first is within three months.
How does a programme run?
Agile delivery, value early and often. We build with you - your team is in the work from day one, so adoption is built in, not bolted on. Training and enablement are woven through every programme. A named member of our team owns your outcomes, separate from the technical work and the project management, and a Steering Group reviews progress against your Delivery Success Goals.

The Artificial Intelligence pilot block
A pilot is a short Programme block, usually four to six weeks, that puts two or three use cases live on your own data. The access is scoped and tested first, your staff are trained on the tool, and we measure hours saved and adoption as we go. At the end you decide: switch it off, carry it into your Managed Service, or scale it in the next block. The price is fixed up front and licences are at the charity rate.
