A bit about us
Cirrico is a fast growing Salesforce consultancy, contributing to the success of our customers through project work and managed services. The team is based in WeWork, Paddington, and we work with a variety of organisations, from non profit and educational institutions, to commercial and enterprise businesses.
Our vision is to create a focussed cloud technology business delivering world class excellence. We do this by focussing on core values of innovation, trust and wellness.
As an innovative and inclusive company, we strive to be an amazing place to work. The benefits of working for Cirrico include a wellness program; access to our WeWork office environment including events, ping-pong tables and break out areas; paid time for you to contribute to nonprofit organisations; flexible working 1 day/week; continual professional development budget; a work MacBook pro; 23 days holiday plus bank holidays; a weekly company meal; and a competitive salary.
A Salesforce Consultant at Cirrico develops innovative solutions that contribute to the success of our customers. You will collaborate with customers and our internal agile development team, creating concepts and then building, testing and implementing solutions for our customers. You will meet with our customers from C-level to user-level contacts and must be able to adapt for each type of conversation, whether strategic and high level or highly detailed and technical.
Cirrico works closely with both Salesforce.com and Salesforce.org and we are currently looking for someone to join the team with strong non-profit and/or Higher Education specialisms.
Whilst this role is primarily focussed on the technical Salesforce work, as a rapidly growing business, the day-to-day work that needs to be done is diverse, and we are looking for cross-functional and cross-skilled team members who can contribute to help us grow the business in other ways. This may mean meeting prospects, leading discovery sessions, managing customer relationships, attending events, some travel, as well as many other activities. We look to our consultants to always be liaising with customers on an ongoing basis, in order to maintain and develop the relationship and ensure services provided are satisfactory. Where areas can be identified for further growth, we encourage our consultants to reach out and enquire further. The candidate we are looking for is someone who is passionate about Salesforce, technology, customer success, and is excited by the prospect of playing a key role in the growth and development of a consulting business that is partnered with Salesforce - one of the most inspirational and successful companies in the world.
