I'm passionate about working with a selection of Cirrico’s managed service customers to deliver Salesforce end-to-end enhancements and mini-projects from discovery to go live, including hands-on configuration and build. I am driven to keep adding to the culture of strong execution and operational excellence.

Ovoke considers herself blessed to have worked primarily with nonprofit organisations, all of which she has thoroughly enjoyed working with throughout her career. Being able to make a positive impact and raise awareness of issues like poverty and global warming, has been fulfilling. She loves combining technical Salesforce expertise with customer service to ensure clients get timely support and resolution to their requests. Ovoke shares that she takes pride in building trusted partnerships through clear communication and collaboration; working through clients’ pain points and ensuring long-term client success by creating solutions that are built to last. Being passionate about teaching, she has successfully implemented user adoption strategies that positively impacted user’s understanding and use of their Salesforce.org.
