A recent successful project was implementing Salesforce for a 200 users at a card payment company offering online and phone payment services as well as debit and credit card machines, including countertop, portable, mobile, desktop, Bluetooth, and GPRS card machines. Their team of payment industry experts aimed to bring affordable card payment solutions to small businesses, who are often overcharged and under-serviced by the banks. To do this, they needed to have their Salesforce system wrapped around their core business databases and applications.
