A bit about us
Cirrico is a fast growing Salesforce consultancy, contributing to the success of our customers through project work and managed services. The team is based in Oxford Business Park, and we work with a variety of organisations, from nonprofit and educational institutions, to commercial and enterprise businesses. Salesforce is the world’s #1 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution and business app platform, which brings together an organisation’s data into a single, secure, and scalable platform that is easy to customise and expand as the organisation grows.
Our vision is to create a focussed cloud technology business delivering world class excellence. We do this by focussing on core values of innovation, trust and wellness.
Cirrico works closely with both Salesforce.com and Salesforce.org and we are currently looking for someone to join the team with a strong desire to work with a range of customers for multiple industries. Our role is to implement Salesforce for new customers, or improve how Salesforce is used for existing customers, using the various Salesforce cloud solutions e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Pardot, Nonprofit Cloud and Education Cloud. We also work with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) who have created business apps that run natively on the Salesforce platform.
In the nonprofit sector, we have had great success using the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack to create Connected Nonprofits. These are organisations we support to enable them to unify their company view, to see donations, clients, members, volunteers, supporters, and affiliates in one clear system that allows end to end management of daily activities and ongoing campaigns. Our projects include themes such as fundraising, programme management, marketing and engagement.
With the world of work ever changing through innovations in technology, schools, colleges, universities and business schools are having to adapt to more challenges than ever before, and Cirrico have been able to utilise the Salesforce Platform to enable educational institutions to manage, monitor, and support student life from recruitment to alumni. We have built custom apps on the platform as part of projects aimed at increasing Employer Engagement, supporting Student Success, aiding Advancement and Alumni management, and streamlining Admission processes.
As an innovative and inclusive company, we strive to be an amazing place to work. The benefits of working for Cirrico include a wellness program; continual professional development; 23 days holiday plus bank holidays; and a competitive salary.
As a Junior Salesforce Consultant at Cirrico, you will be working on a continuous learning path to become an innovative consultant. You will work closely with the CEO and delivery team to enhance your Salesforce skills and knowledge of implementing and managing Salesforce. By shadowing and collaborating with senior consultants, you will be able to work with customers, adopt an agile methodology, up-skill on the entire Salesforce platform, work with commercial and nonprofits, and learn how to project manage implementations.
The structured training programme will aim to develop your technical skills, introduce you to the dynamic world of Salesforce and teach you about the different solutions Salesforce and Cirrico offer.
Whilst this role is primarily focussed on the technical Salesforce learning and development, as a rapidly growing business, the day-to-day work that needs to be done is diverse, and we are looking for cross-functional and cross-skilled team members who can contribute to help us grow the business in other ways. This means that eventually you will be leading discovery sessions, creating design documentation, managing customer relationships, attending Salesforce events, taking certifications and supporting with data migration. We are looking for someone who is keen to develop a long term career in the Salesforce ecosystem. By working using Salesforce Trailhead, day courses and getting involved in live projects, you are someone who is ambitious, interested in technological innovation and understands the complex nature of data in the workplace. The candidate we are looking for is someone who is passionate about technology, business apps, customer success, and is excited by the prospect of playing a key role in the growth and development of a consulting business that is partnered with Salesforce - one of the most inspirational and successful companies in the world.
