Jonathan Fox Joins Cirrico
Jonathan Fox is the latest member of Team Cirrico. Joining with vast amounts of Salesforce experience and knowledge, we’re excited to welcome him.
Jonathan’s Background
Jonathan is a self taught Salesforce developer, who entered the Salesforce eco-system whilst serving his notice period for the British Army. After starting his journey on Trailhead, Jonathan joined his local user group in Nottingham and discovered Salesforce Military. Here he was fully immersed in all things Salesforce, peaking his interest and resulting in a trip to Dreamforce.
Experience
Jonathan has vast amounts of experience when it comes to Salesforce, he even has a Golden Hoodie. He is experienced in designing and delivering SaaS solutions using Core Cloud technologies. Salesforce configuration and development experience using Apex & Lighting Web Components as well as oAuth, Openid Connect, SAML for Identity and using integration capabilities such as Streaming API, Pub/Sub API, Rest and SOAP.
Notable Projects:
Building a fully bespoke (LWC) Experience Cloud site for SJP, using Mobile Publisher to transform into a Mobile app for consumption via Apple and Google app stores. This involved designing a building a custom One-time Passcode framework in Apex and delivering via Marketirng Cloud SMS and Email (through API) as well as managing the object model involved with Financial Services cloud, Oracle Dbs and AWS S3 buckets. Jonathan has also integrated Euromoney’s business publication systems with Salesforce to manage orders and subscriptions. He has also designed and built an Event Driven Architecture for Pure Planet in order to trigger customer communications Via Marketing Cloud.
