What we are looking for
We are looking for a Salesforce Lead Consultant to deliver technical work on projects and help us build a team of excellent, best practice focussed Salesforce admins, consultants and developers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience managing a team, passionate about Salesforce, technology, customer success, and excited by the prospect of playing a key role in the growth and development of a startup business. As we grow over the coming months we will require a Practice Lead which this role may lead to.
You will be office based in Paddington, but expected to travel to meet partners and customers (primarily in the UK, and usually in London), and to represent the company at business related events.
To manage and successfully deliver projects and managed services, by working closely with our team of Salesforce consultants, admins and developers, including assigning work and managing sprints;
Work with team members to help them deliver on key metrics, and maintain a record of performance;
Engagement in key steps of the recruitment process including interviewing and skill testing candidates;
To work with the CEO to develop a clear and effective strategy for successful delivery of projects, managed services, and recruitment;
Understand the capabilities and schedules of the Cirrico technical team, and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure effective handover post sale, and communication around lead times and capacity;
Research markets and keep abreast of all technology and cloud advancements in our sector, including Salesforce releases and acquisitions;
Follow up with customers to gain valuable feedback on our delivery and services.
The ideal Candidate
Will have worked as a consultant and successfully delivered many Salesforce projects including implementations of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;
Has experience managing/leading projects/a team of Salesforce consultants/admins/developers, with the ability to hit the ground running;
You will be able to work with all sizes of customers and senior stakeholders as well as end users;
A self-motivated, team-player, who is able to work with minimal supervision;
Need to have relevant vertical industry experience, and understanding and relevant certifications of Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (and preferably experience/certifications for Marketing Cloud, and Pardot).
