Reporting to the Technical Architect
Cirrico is a fast-growing UK-based technology company that supplies nonprofits, educational organisations and responsible businesses with purpose-built tools including Salesforce.
The Technical Consultant will be responsible for all code-based solutions within Salesforce or involving data migrations, systems integrations and 3rd party applications for our customers. The Technical Consultant will work closely with the Technical Architect and the Cirrico Project team to work on our customers technical requirements.

Responsibilities will include
- Experience writing Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components
- Familiar with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users
- Technical project management experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API
- Experience using GitHub or other version control software
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications
The person we’re looking for is likely to have
- 2 or more years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Platform Developer 1 Certification
- Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL/SOQL, Java/C++/OOP
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing team
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and time management skills and the ability to maintain a professional attitude even under stressful situations
- Experience using solutions like Salesforce, Xero, Google Apps, Slack
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and exercise a high degree of initiative in resolving issues and developing system/process enhancement recommendations
