Role | Senior Salesforce Consultant
Cirrico is a Salesforce Implementation Partner based in the United Kingdom, focused on implementing impactful solutions by configuring and developing the Salesforce platform to support nonprofit organisations and socially responsible enterprises.
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you’ll collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and craft tailored Salesforce solutions. You’ll manage projects from initial discovery to final delivery, serving as a trusted advisor to shape clients’ Salesforce strategies and roadmaps.
Senior Salesforce Consultant Responsibilities include
- Conduct meaningful discovery and design sessions with customers to develop impactful solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from discovery to launch, including hands-on configuration and non-programmatic builds.
- Engage with a diverse range of nonprofit and responsible business clients, from small organisations to enterprise-level clients, tailoring interactions to suit various stakeholders—from C-suite executives to end users
- Collaborate with the sales team as needed to support deal-winning efforts in a pre-sales context.
- Work with diverse teams to facilitate effective communication and project coordination during end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Keep up with Salesforce updates and new releases, advising clients on best practices and innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants, promoting their growth and ensuring best practices in solution delivery.

- An excellent communicator, confident in managing complex and challenging conversations with prospects and customers
- Holding relevant Salesforce consulting certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (various architect certifications are a strong advantage)
- Familiar with Nonprofit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud (experience in these areas is a strong advantage)
