We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Professional Services Director to join our expanding global team. As the Professional Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the Delivery team and its successful execution of Salesforce implementations for our non-profit clients and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction is at the forefront.

Responsibilities will include

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve company objectives, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and team development.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Salesforce solutions, services, and best practices for non-profit organisations.
  • Manage a team of consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best solutions.
  • Ensure project success by effectively managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among consultants, sales teams, and other departments.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of services and adherence to best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce products and services to ensure that our offerings remain relevant and effective.
  • Assist in the growth and development of the delivery team on a global scale. 
  • Mentor, coach, and develop the delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and help develop RFPs/ proposals for potential clients.

The person we’re looking for is likely to have

  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or project delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Consultant certifications strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in managing and delivering large-scale Salesforce projects for non-profit organisations
  • Proven success in scaling a team preferably with a start-up.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines, managing risks, and delivering projects within budget.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with non-profit sector trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements.
  • Experience using solutions like Salesforce, Google Apps, Slack
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and exercise a high degree of initiative in resolving issues and developing system/process enhancement recommendations
