The Internal Recruitment Lead will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, with a strong emphasis on growth. This individual will also handle various HR responsibilities to support our employees and contribute to a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and human resources, with a passion for finding and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities will include
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
- Utilise various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to maximise candidate reach and engagement
- Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners as needed
- Continuously improve the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and engaging process
Onboarding and Retention
- Develop and manage a structured onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Collaborate with team leads to monitor employee performance, identify potential issues, and develop retention strategies
- Assist in conducting exit interviews to gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, policies, and conflict resolution
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, performance management, and learning and development programs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Reporting and Analysis
- Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to evaluate the success of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on recruitment progress and HR initiatives
The person we’re looking for is likely to have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, employees, and stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Salesforce to track and manage Candidate applications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in UK and South Africa preferred
- Experience using solutions like Salesforce, Google Apps, Slack and confluence
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and exercise a high degree of initiative in resolving issues and developing system/process enhancement recommendations
