Cirrico is a fast-growing UK-based technology company that supplies nonprofits, educational organisations and responsible businesses with purpose-built tools including Salesforce.

We are hiring a Business Architect to act as the key link between the Cirrico Project team and our customers. The Business Architect will have enough Salesforce and Consultancy knowledge to lead strategic discussions with our stakeholders.  In large engagements with several projects running in parallel, the Business Architect will have a holistic view of the different implementations and will be responsible for the cohesion and alignment of the different teams, goals and deadlines to ensure a successful delivery of a Programme. This is a key role that will support our growth.

Responsibilities will include

  • Acting as a Lead or owner of the overall design of solutions(s) to ensure alignment within a Programme
  • Owning the project plan at the detailed level, including planning go live, agreeing deployment approach, training approach etc
  • Working closely with the Project Manager to coordinate above activities
  • Clarifying requirements, including identifying the need for customer meetings/workshops, setting them up, running them, and follow up actions
  • Sprint planning, sprint demos (with consultant contributions where appropriate)
  • Planning and owning training; delivering those things that do not have to be a specific consultant
  • UAT: ensuring the team have everything they need, including scripts, templates and an issue tracker
  • General project comms, including showcases
  • Identifying risks and ensuring they are actioned; likewise issues
  • Working closely with the consultants and TA to identify issues/additional needs ahead of time

The person we’re looking for is likely to have

  • 5 or more years of experience as a consultant or business analyst
  • In depth knowledge of Salesforce and Non Profit Sector is desirable
  • Experience managing a team and managing project
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing team
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and time management skills and the ability to maintain a professional attitude even under stressful situations
  • Experience using solutions like Salesforce, Xero, Google Apps, Slack
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and exercise a high degree of initiative in resolving issues and developing system/process enhancement recommendations

The successful candidate will be based in the UK (with the right to live and work here), and be able to work remotely as well as spend time with the Cirrico team in London every few weeks.
