Location: Paddington, London, Permanent full time role

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + Benefits

What we are looking for

We are looking for an eloquent and charismatic sales professional with strong leadership skills to drive our business forwards within Salesforce.com (primarily focussing on commercial). Ideally, the candidate will have existing relationships within the Salesforce.com ecosystem. We are not simply looking for someone to manage an established pipeline, but rather someone who can proactively build and develop a process and team that enthusiastically engages with customers and makes Cirrico the go to company for new projects and services. The candidate needs to be passionate about Salesforce, technology, customer success, and excited by the prospect of playing a key role in the growth and development of a rapidly growing business.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be office based in Paddington, but expected to travel to meet customers and prospects (primarily in the UK, and usually in London), and to represent the company at business related events;

  • Responsible for sourcing and identifying new prospects across the UK as well as identifying opportunities from within current customer accounts;

  • Own account relationships of new and existing customers throughout their business lifecycles, and see projects through from prospecting to completion from a sales perspective;

  • Develop clear and effective strategy for increasing business growth;

  • Create customer specific proposals based on a strong understanding of the business in hand and their technical requirements (supported by technical colleagues);

  • Understand the capabilities and schedules of the Cirrico technical team, and collaborate with them to ensure all parties understand the scope of the work fully;

  • Develop and maintain connections with new and existing partners e.g. NewVoiceMedia and Skuid;

  • Actively engage and build valuable alliances with Salesforce.com Account Executives, Sales Engineers and Leadership on a regular basis to ensure good relationships in the Salesforce system;

  • Expedite the resolution of customer issues during the sales process and as work is ongoing;

  • Follow up with customers to gain valuable feedback on systems and services;

  • Create regular sales reports, analysing trends, growth, profits and account penetration, to feed back to the team;

  • Research markets and keep abreast of all technology and cloud advancements in our sector;

  • Maintain up to date record of all leads, opportunities and contacts; and

  • Over time this role will have the added responsibility of building our sales processes and building out an account management/sales function/team

 

The ideal candidate

  • The ideal candidate will be within the Salesforce/Cloud ecosystem already, and will have an ability to hit the ground running with an established network of contacts both within the Salesforce community as well as new customers;

  • You will be able to work with all sizes of customers and senior stakeholders as well as end users;

  • A self-motivated, team-player, who is able to work with minimal supervision;

  • Need to have relevant vertical industry experience, and understanding of Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot; and

  • Strong financial acumen, budgeting and proposal writing skills.
